FAQs

How do I know if I’m making progress?

Before the end of each session, we will come up with a list of tasks to complete for the upcoming week and discuss your progress at the start of our next session. I always send a ‘check in’ email a few days after our session to find out how you are doing since our last session and give you the opportunity to mention any progress you have made.

Will my sessions be confidential?

Yes all conversations and information will be confidential as allowable by law.

How many sessions will I need?

You can have as many or as little as you like. You are not obligated to book any sessions. You can book sessions as and when you need them and we will always pick up from where we left off.

How frequently do I need a session?

Again, you can decide how many sessions you would like however, most clients book a session every other week in order to make sure they are being held accountable in relation to working on their goals and also ensuring that they are making progress.

Can a family member or friend join one or more of my sessions?

As we never know what direction our session will take, a friend or family will not be able to join any sessions. This is to also ensure that you feel as comfortable as possible to open up during your sessions in a safe and non-judgemental environment.
